It's a new family favorite. Easy to make, and tastes just like Red Robin's old garlic fries without the guilt. Hubby thinks they could use a bit more garlic, but otherwise, just easy and yummy.

Fantastic way to get "crisp" fries in the oven! I have tried other recipes from C.L. for cooking fries and the bake time was astronomical (~1 hr), but the broil really helps these along to make a great tasting side dish in half the time. I really think all these need though at the end of the day would be a sprinkle of salt and likely wouldn't put in the parsley or garlic again since that portion of the cooking wilted my fries a bit. Would absolutely make again though anytime I'm craving french fries - great sub for the "fast food" varietals. Be sure to cut your fries into small enough pieces (and even sizes!) to get them nice and crisp (I only used ~2 large Idaho baking potatoes so ingredients are minimal). Enjoy!

We love oven fries in our household. This was an excellent spin I'm sure we'll make again. Didn't bother with the peeling and added an extra glove of garlic. Served this time with Shrimp Po'Boys but sure to make again with other favorites.
