Fresh garlic and herbs make this stir-and-chill dip taste garden fresh. The chilling time is important because it gives the flavors a chance to blend.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 cup light cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small garlic clove, minced, or 1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
Preparation
- 1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl; stir well. Stir in chives and remaining ingredients; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- 2. Spoon into hollowed-out cherry tomatoes or mushroom caps (tomatoes and mushrooms not included in analysis). Or serve with fresh vegetable slices. To store, cover cheese spread, and refrigerate up to 4 days.
