Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
- Finely shredded zest from 1 lemon
Preparation
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring often, until garlic is softened and butter foam subsides, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in herbs and zest.
