LEGENDARY! the best garlic fries around. even better if you are from the Berkeley area and can get Parmesan cheese from the cheeseboard collective cheese shop. highly recommended.

These are so good and easy to make. Well, easy if you don't mind making your own french fries. :) Especially when they are this good. I actually forgot to add the parmesan cheese at the end and it wasn't missed. The garlic/butter mixture alone was heavenly enough. I had to keep an eye on the potatoes though, as a few of them started burning, even before I turned them over. Nonetheless, these were magnifico!

We love this recipe. It is easy to make and tastes so yummy! I usually pair it with a simple grilled steak and some green beans. Can't be beat for a Friday night dinner.

Cheesy and garlic-y - plus loved the fresh burst from the parsley. Thought the fries were a little too tender - would decrease cooking time for a crisper final product. You could taste the butter and oil without the fries feeling greasy. Paired with veggie burgers.
