  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry ranch-flavored salad dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 (11-ounce) package oyster crackers (about 4 1/2 cups)


  1. Preheat oven to 175°.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add crackers; toss well. Spoon mixture into a jelly-roll pan.
  3. Bake at 175° for 30 minutes or until dry, stirring occasionally. Cool completely; store in an airtight container.
