  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Melted butter

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together flour and milk; stir in cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and sugar. Spoon into a lightly greased 12-cup muffin pan, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 375° for 18 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter.
