Garlic Cauliflower Mash

  • 1 head(s) Cauliflower
  • 5 clove(s) Garlic
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • Pepper


  1. 1. fill up stock pot with inch or two of water - place steamer insert in the pot, cover with a lid and put the pot on a burner set on high

  2. 2. wash, trim and cut the cauliflower - slice up garlic

  3. 3. once the water boils, throw in the cauliflower and garlic - salt liberally

  4. 4. steam everything until soft

  5. 5. drain - put everything in food processor - season with pepper - add the butter

  6. 6. process/pulse until smooth
