We really enjoyed this recipe, however I did seasoned the wings before I steamed them with a garlic herb mixture. I like the reduced amount of sauce as lately wing sauce recipes have gotten thicker and actually seems like a complete coating on the wings instead an accent. We have fallen out of favor with the traditional fried and even oven baked recipes because of the grease content. This was a welcomed alternative

If I could give this zero stars, or even negative stars, I would! These were downright gross. After steaming them, they got this weird gamey-chicken smell to them, and it didn't go away after sautéing. I can see some potential in the sauce/blue cheese, but we couldn't even eat this. My husband took one bite, spit it out, and we threw the rest out. Bleh.

I made the Sticky Chili version and loved it, although will make next time with skinned thighs instead of drumettes, which are a pain to skin! Really good recipe though

There is no way the photo above is for this recipe. For one it has skin, it needs way more than a quarter cup of sauce, this needed cornstarch or something to make the sauce stick.
