Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 ears shucked corn

Preparation

  1. Combine butter, basil, and garlic in a small bowl. Place corn into a large saucepan of boiling water; cook 4 minutes. Drain. Spoon 1 teaspoon butter mixture over each ear of corn.
