This is really good, and simple. Husband and I loved it.

I made this for dinner tonight, and it is easy and very good. I didn't like the looks of the pre-made pizza crust at the store, so made my own. A good meatless dish.

easy and great recipe as is!

I just did this for lunch, instead of the pizza crust I used some leftover whole wheat pita bread and put everything on top. I added raw sliced mushrooms and put a side salad on the side! Wonderful meatless monday!

I made my own flatbread from a recipe from Epicurious and did not use the pre-baked pizza dough as instructed. The substitution made for a very crispy crust and my boyfriend loved it. One way to get around slicing your own mozzarella is to buy it rolled up...when you unroll it and slice in strips, it is the perfect size and melts beautifully while the tomatoes still remain firm. Next time, I will make my own pesto sauce as the store-bought was a little oily, although very flavorful.

This was delicious and great leftovers. I spread the pesto quite thick. A definite repeat.

Love this. So easy. I did use Boboli pizza crust, set the oven to 425 instead of 450. It came out perfectly.

Very good! I used Pillsbury pizza crust cooked at 400 for 6 minutes then followed the remaining directions -cooked at 450 for 6-7 minutes. I also used some shredded mozzarella, some shredded parmesan as well as cut up fresh mozzarella. Yum!
