I made this for a potluck. It was good but didn't look like the picture. The Greek yogurt is really think so the dressing was really thick and pasty on the salad. The flavor was good and probably needs to sit and meld a while before serving. I used 4 romas tomatoes and 3 stalks of celery as well as the yellow peppers. To season I used about 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 3/4 teaspoon pepper and it was not overseasoned.
