- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 6 (4-ounce) packages semisweet chocolate baking bars, finely chopped (we tested with Ghirardelli)
How to Make It
Bring whipping cream to a simmer in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat; add chocolate, stirring until melted. Cool until spreading consistency, stirring often.
