Game Hens with Pesto Rub and Roasted Potatoes

This was very good. As for rating it without trying it... how annoying. Cornish game hens are a particular breed of chickens, harvested at a young age. If you like chicken and you like pesto sauce then you will probably like this. Try it before you knock it people!!

Excellent - took a bit longer to cook through than originally listed on the recipe. I ended up turning up the heat a bit and added about 15 minutes. Tasted fantastic.
