Galley Bay Planter's Punch

Yield 3 cups


  • 3/4 cup dark rum, divided*
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: maraschino cherries, pineapple wedges

How to Make It

  1. Combine 1/2 cup dark rum and next 4 ingredients; pour over crushed ice. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon dark rum. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge.

  2. *In testing, we used 1/2 cup Cavalier Extra Old Antigua Rum to mix punch and 1/4 cup Myer's Rum, divided, to top servings.
