A good idea... in theory. First, it seems like there is an error in the instructions above. Spinach doesn't come in 1 oz. packages. And if you *do* use 1 oz, you will end up with a warped pasta-to-spinach ratio (as I learned the hard way!) Second, I think the instructions are a little overly simple. I would wilt the spinach in a separate pan to retain the heat when you combine the spinach and pasta. Finally, I added garlic and omitted the raisins, and I would highly recommend the same!
