Fruity Mint Tea

Yield Makes about 2 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1 quart water
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 8 regular-size tea bags
  • 1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups cold water

How to Make It

  1. Heat 1 quart water and 1 cup mint leaves in a small saucepan just until water begins to boil. Remove from heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently. Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add concentrates and 2 cups cold water, stirring until concentrates dissolve. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve over ice.
