1 (6-ounce) package baby spinach
1 cup vertically sliced red onion
1/2 cup coarsely chopped lightly salted cashews, toasted
1/2 cup dried sweet cherries
3 oranges, peeled, sectioned and coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

Combine Dried Cherry Vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently.
