  • 1 tablespoon salt-free Moroccan seasoning
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 16 dried apricot halves
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream (do not use fat-free sour cream)

How to Make It

  1. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over chicken. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes on each side or until chicken is lightly browned.
