How to Make It
Pour 1 cup just-boiled water into a small pan with the herbal tea bag, and set aside to infuse for 10 mins. Remove the tea bag, and add the sweetener, stirring to dissolve. Bring to a boil; add the cinnamon stick and pears, and simmer gently for about 15 mins, until the pears are tender but hold their shape. Remove from the heat, and set aside to cool.
Serve the pears warm or cold with their juices.
