Fruit and Spice Herb Tea

Yield 4 cups tea mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried lemon verbena leaves
  • 1 cup dried chamomile
  • 1 cup dried orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons whole cloves, crushed

How to Make It

  1. To blend the tea, combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Package in a tightly covered decorative tin, and include a card with the following directions: Shake the tin well to mix ingredients. Spoon 1 teaspoon of tea mix per 1 cup of boiling water into cup. Pour boiling water over tea mix; stir gently. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
