  • 1 tablespoon(s) mint sauce
  • 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • 2 diced pears
  • 1/2 diced red pepper
  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 3 chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 chopped mango
  • 1/2 chopped seedless cucumber


  1. Lightly add salt & pepper, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 5 hours. Serve with cooked fish. Enjoy !
