Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) mint sauce
- 1 freshly squeezed lime
- 2 diced pears
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 3 chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped parsley
- 1 chopped mango
- 1/2 chopped seedless cucumber
Preparation
- Lightly add salt & pepper, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 5 hours. Serve with cooked fish. Enjoy !
