Fruit Salad with Yogurt Dressing

The yogurt dressing sweetens any slightly unripe fruit and also dresses up basic fruit salad. Play around with different flavors of jam or even flavored yogurt to suit your imagination.

  • 2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced peaches (about 2)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced apricots (about 2)
  • 1/2 cup seedless green grapes (about 14), cut in half


  1. 1. Combine yogurt and jam in a small bowl. Combine peaches and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add yogurt mixture to fruit, and toss gently to coat.

  5. Measure blueberries
  7. Older Chefs can:
  8. Halve grapes with dinner knife
  9. Stir fruit and yogurt mixture together
