- 1 cup(s) blueberries
- 1-2 banana
- 1.5 cup(s) yogurt
- 6 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) juice mix (pomegranate, apple, orange, etc.)
- 1.5 cup(s) Acai juice
- 1-2 tablespoon(s) Chia seeds optional
- Ice (crushed) fill to taste
- Mix all ingredients in blender and enjoy. Add spirits if desired.
