Ingredients
- 1 can fruit cocktail with juice
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix (may use orange or pineapple mix)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1 tub(s) frosting
- 1/3 cup(s) water
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl except for cherries and coconut. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in cherries and coconut. Pour into prepared 13x9 pan. Cook cake for 45 minutes. Allow cake to cool completely before adding frosting.
