Ingredients
- 1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 1/3 cups sliced ripe banana (about 2 bananas)

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 1/4 cups Crème Anglaise, chilled
Preparation
- Combine orange juice concentrate and sugar in a medium bowl; add oranges, banana, grapes, and berries, tossing gently. Spoon ambrosia into each of 5 glasses; top with Crème Anglaise.
