I hate when people make changes and then review a recipe however I wanted to review this one, given this was the only one I found online using frozen berries.I used 4C frozen organic berries, 2 1/4C sugar, zested
and juiced 1 lemon (adding water to juice to make 3/4 C) and 1 pkg Sure Jell Pectin.
(followed instructions in sure jell packet)I would only use the potato masher to break down the
berries; mine got a little over done in the food processor the first go around.I was concerned re: texture given the cell
structure had already been broken down from freezing the first time, however the jam really does come out nicely. With less fruit the 2nd time, it had a better jammy consistency but was still a little on the runny side. Tastes delish though!
