How to Make It

Coat a 9-inch pieplate with cooking spray. Coarsely crush 8 chocolate wafer cookies; press crumbs into bottom of pieplate, and set aside. Slightly soften 3 cups ice cream in microwave, and spoon over prepared crumbs. Top ice cream with 5 additional crushed wafer cookies; cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm. To serve, cut into wedges.
