Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/16 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/16 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar

Preparation

In a blender, combine milk, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg. Add brandy, 1/4 cup ice cubes, and brown sugar. Whirl until smooth. Pour into glasses.
