No ice trays? Pour coffee into 2 1/2 dozen small paper cups, place on a baking pan, then freeze.
Yield: Makes 7 cups
- 3 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 cups coffee-flavored ice cream
- Freeze coffee in ice cube trays. Process frozen coffee with remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
