Frosted Coffee

Yield 4 cups
You can double this thick, icy concoction to serve a crowd; just be sure to prepare it in batches. Spoon immediately into frosty pitchers for serving--it melts quickly.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coffee ice cream
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups small ice cubes
  • Garnish: maraschino cherries with stems

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process just until blended, stopping once to scrape down sides. Turn blender on high; gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
