Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed espresso (or very strong brewed coffee), chilled
  • 2 cups vanilla no-added-sugar, fat-free ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

Preparation
