Ingredients

6 cups water
2 (8-ounce) bottles clam juice
2 pounds small red potatoes (about 10 potatoes)
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 pounds smoked turkey sausage, cut into 20 pieces
5 ears corn (about 3 pounds) each cut crosswise into 4 pieces
2 pounds unpeeled medium shrimp

Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in a 10-quart stock pot; bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Add sausage; cook 5 minutes. Add corn and shrimp; cover and cook 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Drain. Discard bay leaves, and serve immediately.
