How to Make It

Combine first 9 ingredients in a 10-quart stock pot; bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until potatoes are just tender. Add sausage; cook 5 minutes. Add corn and shrimp; cover and cook 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Drain. Discard bay leaves, and serve immediately.
