This frittata is so deliicous and flavorful. I made it for brunch with my family and it was instantly devoured by all. The fresh rosemary is the star of this and adds a gorgeous flavor. It is a somewhat time consuming recipe - but worth the effort for a special occasion. I found that it took longer to cook than the recipe indicated.

This was my very first frittata and it won't be the last. I accidentally browned the whole pound of sausage, so half went into the egg mixture and the other half on top. I will definitely make it like that again. Delicious!
