Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks; set aside egg whites.
Combine yolks and mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl; mash well. Add pickle, salt, and pepper, mixing well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Place stuffed eggs, yolk side down, on waxed paper. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese; add milk, and beat until mixture reaches spreading consistency. Tint cream cheese to desired color. Decorate eggs with cream cheese mixture using a pastry bag. Transfer eggs to a serving tray lined with shredded lettuce. Chill.
