Fried Sweet Potatoes

  • 4 medium-size sweet potatoes, cleaned and peeled
  • 1/3 cup bacon drippings
  • Sugar

How to Make It

  1. Slice potatoes into 1/4-inchthick slices. Place in salted water 30 minutes; drain.
