How to Make It

Step 1

Heat sesame oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 2

Reduce heat to MEDIUM; add egg and cook until eggs are scrambled.

Step 3

Add rice, peas, broccoli and soy sauce and cook until heated through.

Step 4

Garnish with shredded carrots, if desired.
