Fried Pork Chops with Cream Gravy

    This was really good! I did change it a little though. I added the same spice on the meat to the flour to give it extra seasoning. I also used any leftover buttermilk I had and added it to the gravy mix. They came out really great! Great everyday meal, we'll be making this one again, and we served it with bread and steamed veggies.
