- 2 large onions cut into 1 fouth -inch slices
- batter from corn dog recipe
- deep fat hot
- flour
- water.
Preparation
- PEEL onions and cut into 1 fourth -inch slices.SEPARATE into rings;place in bowl,cover with water & let stand 15 minutes.DRAIN water off onion rings;coat with flour.DIP in batter made from corn dog recipe.FRY in deep hot fat (375 degrees F.)til golden brown
