  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 pound new potatoes, cleaned, boiled, and peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper


  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside, reserving drippings in skillet.
  2. Cook potatoes in drippings 10 minutes or until browned; turn frequently. Drain. Place potatoes in serving dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crumbled bacon.
