- 4 slices bacon
- 1 pound new potatoes, cleaned, boiled, and peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
How to Make It
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Crumble and set aside, reserving drippings in skillet.
Cook potatoes in drippings 10 minutes or until browned; turn frequently. Drain. Place potatoes in serving dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crumbled bacon.
