Pile fried green tomatoes, lettuce, bacon and avocado on French bread baguettes and top with rémoulade sauce for a new take on a classic seafood sandwich.

Ingredients

French bread baguettes
Shredded lettuce
Cooked bacon
Avocado slices

Preparation

Cut baguettes into 6-inch lengths. Split each lengthwise, cutting to but not through the other side; spread with Rémoulade Sauce. Layer with lettuce, Fried Green Tomatoes, bacon, and avocado.
