Fried Almonds
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 pound Marcona or blanched almonds, skinned
- Sea salt
Preparation
- Heat oil to 350°. Add almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until golden. Remove almonds with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sea salt.
