Fresh Tortellini with Mushrooms and Pancetta

    This dish is great! A quick, elegant, meal with many great flavors. I substituted real garlic for bottled as I don't use the bottled stuff along with organic chicken broth. This would be great to sub a soy or turkey bacon if you don't eat pork. I also added a touch of Kosher salt to add a little more flavor. Beautiful and simple. My husband LOVED it!

    This was lovely. I used chicken stock instead of vegetable, but otherwise made it as it's written. Lots of great flavors, layered and complex, in a simple and easy to prepare meal... And so quick to prepare! Wonderful for a weeknight when you need to cook but don't have a lot of energy or time.

    This is a great and easy meal. I also subbed fresh garlic for bottled. The carnivore in the house who avoids leafy greens like the plague even likes this and has seconds.

    My family really did not like this recipe. It was a little to watery and the vegetable broth added little or no flavor.

    Very easy, yet elegant dish. Add broth gradually to get the consistency of sauce you desire.

    Quick and easy! Also swapped out chicken stock for the vegetable stock. Added a splash of aged balsamic vinegar at the end to give it the zip needed. Will make again for sure!
