Ingredients

  • 3 plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 to 2 teaspooons minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
