Ingredients
- 3 plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 to 2 teaspooons minced jalapeño pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
