Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeno pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with chicken or turkey or as a dip with no-oil baked tortilla chips.
