To all the other reviewers: Why are you all compaining about the fat content? It's a milkshake - it's going to be fattening unless you modify it. It is not meant to be eaten everyday! Just enjoy and stop complaining - or dont eat it! If you are going to try this and feel it needs extra flavor - try adding a little strawberry extract.

when you read the recipe you know it is really heavy with carbs and fats so why try it if you feel this way about the recipe. I think you just want to complain about a really good tasting smoothie, they are not known for being a low carb dessert.
