This is a great recipe! This was my very first time making jam and I was worried that it wouldn't come out well, but I was wrong! This recipe was really easy to follow and the end result was amazing! It's so much better than store bought jam. I think I will cut the strawberries in quaters rather than halves next time, to make it a little smoother. Boil for less time than indicated for a thiner, smoother jam.

This jam turned out really, really well. I would probably only add 3/4 cup of sugar next time since the strawberries were already pretty sweet. I also pureed the jam after an hour to chop the strawberries and make it into a more jam consistency. I plan to make another batch for friends.

This is the first time I've made jam and this recipe makes it easy. The flavor is great and will definitely make again. The only thing I will do differently next time is put the strawberries in a food processor to get the chunks smaller.

I made this as a hostess gift for my wedding tea. It was absolutely delicious. The lemon juice adds a hint of tartness so the sugar doesn't overwhelm the jam. It looked great and tasted perfect!

Made multiple times. Very easy. I use less sugar than called for. I used my immersion blender and the consistency is wonderful. Might try using lime juice next time for a twist. Very good recipe.

I have made this so many times. It really is outstanding and so easy. I love that it just makes a small batch and no canning is required. It's also great to give as gifts. The lemon juice is definitely necessary as it cuts the sweetness a bit.

This is my go-to jam recipe -- I have made it with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, and apricots, and all have turned out spectacularly. I no longer buy jam from the grocery store! I find this jam freezes well, and friends/family have enjoyed receiving it as gifts. I have even subbed 1/2 cup agave nectar for the cup of sugar with excellent results! Thank you for such a great and versatile recipe!

I made this just now and it is fantastic and so easy! I had never made anything like this. I have two adjustments I will make next time. More lemon juice (I used a tbsp today). Next time, I'll try 1.5 tbsp. I would also let it cook longer, mine after an hour was still a little liquidy. Still, it was delicious! Try it!
