- 1 1/2 cups frozen sweet green peas, thawed
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Prepare couscous according to package directions. Stir in peas, feta cheese, green onions, mint, lemon zest, pepper, and salt to taste.
