  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 (4-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
